During the session, our photographer provides precise posing and expression coaching, capturing 3–5 different looks suitable for your resume, cover letter, LinkedIn profile, and other professional platforms.

Your photos are delivered the same day. You will receive a curated selection of 5–10 professionally retouched high-resolution images in both web and print formats, ready for use on PDF resumes, LinkedIn profiles, email signatures, and printed applications, including 35×45 mm and 1:1 formats. Full usage rights for professional and personal career-related purposes are included with no time limitation.

Our individual CV portrait session starts at 99 euros incl. VAT, with no hidden fees or extra retouching surcharge. Students at business schools, engineering schools or universities benefit from a dedicated 69 euros incl. VAT rate. How long does a professional headshot session for a CV last? +
A standard CV portrait session runs about 30 to 45 minutes when you want full CV plus LinkedIn coverage, and as short as 15 to 30 minutes for a single CV format. The session includes wardrobe check, framing, expression direction and multiple variations so we have enough material to retouch.
How many retouched photos do I get with my CV session? +
You receive between 5 and 10 retouched photos selected from a private contact sheet, depending on the package. Each retouched file is delivered in the three core formats: vertical CV (3.5 x 4.5 cm), square LinkedIn (1:1) and email signature. High-resolution print and web versions are included.
How fast is delivery for a CV photo? +
Standard delivery is the same day as the shoot, through a private online gallery you can download from any device. For urgent applications (interview the next day, HR platform deadline) we offer an express turnaround within a few hours for a small surcharge. No need to wait several days like with traditional studios.
What formats are delivered for CV, LinkedIn and ID applications? +
Each retouched portrait is delivered in CV PDF format (vertical 3.5 x 4.5 cm or 400 x 500 px), passport-style 35 x 45 mm if needed, square LinkedIn 1:1 at 800 x 800 px, and email signature crop. We provide both print-ready and web-optimised files so you can drop them straight into your CV, profile or application portal.

The continuous-flow format covers 12 to 15 students per half-day at a reduced per-person rate, with each person spending 15 minutes in front of the camera. Photos are delivered together through a private school gallery.
What are the usage rights on my CV portraits? +
You receive unlimited personal usage rights on every retouched photo, for life: CV, LinkedIn, personal website, email signature, Welcome to the Jungle, JobTeaser and any other professional platform. The files are yours to upload, reprint and share with recruiters without time or geographic restriction. Only commercial resale of the images by a third party is excluded.
