Corporate photography pricing depends on the scope of the assignment, the number of participants involved, the intended use of the images, and the level of production required. Our rates reflect the premium professional segment of the Paris market and are designed to offer the responsiveness of an independent specialist combined with the standards expected by corporate, institutional, and professional clients.

Transparency is central to our approach. Every project begins with a detailed quotation outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights. The price agreed at the briefing stage remains the final price, with no hidden fees or unexpected costs added after delivery.

For more than 15 years, we have worked with companies, law firms, consulting practices, healthcare professionals, startups, and international organizations across Paris and the Île-de-France region. Whether the requirement is a simple LinkedIn portrait, a company-wide staff directory, an executive communications campaign, or multi-day event coverage, each assignment is quoted according to its specific objectives and production requirements.

A 15-minute CV or LinkedIn session costs €99 including VAT, with a €69 student rate. Personal branding is a separate session at €250. Executive portraits start at €300 for a classic studio session or €600 for editorial work with art direction. Lawyer portraits cost €350. Other professional formats are quoted according to the brief.

For 50 or more employees, the full-day package costs €2,500 excluding VAT. Smaller teams receive a quote based on the number of people and the organisation of the session. Office photography and industrial assignments are quoted according to the location, the required images and their intended use.

Corporate event coverage starts at €1,200 excluding VAT for a half-day assignment and €2,000 excluding VAT for a full-day event. Evening receptions, gala dinners, award ceremonies, and executive networking events generally start at €1,200 excluding VAT. For organizations requiring both photography and video production, coordinated photo and video coverage is available from €3,000 excluding VAT per day, providing a consistent visual identity across all communication channels while reducing overall production costs.

Usage rights are included within the scope defined in the quote. Specify the intended channels and campaign uses during the brief so that the agreed terms match your project.
