Staff directory photography in Paris — corporate team portraits

A corporate staff directory is more than a collection of employee photographs. It is a visual representation of your organization and often one of the first elements clients, candidates, partners, and stakeholders encounter on your website, LinkedIn pages, annual reports, and internal communication platforms.

For more than 15 years, we have specialized in corporate staff directory photography in Paris, helping organizations create a consistent, professional visual identity across their entire workforce. Whether your company has 20 employees or several hundred, our objective is to ensure that every portrait reflects the same standards of quality, professionalism, and brand consistency.

The success of a staff directory depends on one essential principle: uniformity. When portraits are taken over time by different photographers or with different styles, inconsistencies quickly become visible. Variations in background, lighting, framing, posture, and image quality can weaken the overall perception of a company’s professionalism. A dedicated corporate photography program ensures that every employee portrait contributes to a coherent and polished brand image.

To minimize disruption to your operations, we install a fully equipped mobile studio directly at your offices. In most cases, a meeting room is sufficient to create a professional photography environment. By maintaining the same lighting setup, background, framing, and photographic direction throughout the project, we guarantee visual consistency across all employee portraits, regardless of department, seniority level, or location.

Before the session, we work with your communications, HR, or marketing team to define the visual guidelines for the project. This includes recommendations on wardrobe, image style, background selection, and the intended use of the photographs. The result is a collection of portraits that aligns with your corporate identity and integrates seamlessly across all communication channels.

Each employee receives individual guidance throughout the session to ensure natural, professional, and approachable portraits. We capture multiple expressions and image variations, allowing your organization to select the most suitable photographs for company websites, LinkedIn profiles, internal directories, annual reports, recruitment campaigns, and corporate publications.

Projects can be organized for a single office or coordinated across multiple locations. For multi-site organizations, we apply the same visual standards, photographic direction, and production workflow to maintain complete consistency throughout the company. This approach is particularly valuable for professional services firms, consulting companies, law firms, financial institutions, technology businesses, and international organizations seeking a unified corporate image.

Final images are delivered the next day through a secure online gallery and can be named according to your internal conventions for easy integration into HR systems, websites, directories, and marketing platforms. High-resolution web and print versions are included, together with full usage rights for all corporate communication materials.

For 50 or more employees, the full-day corporate directory session is €2,500 excluding VAT. Teams of 5 to 49 receive a quote based on headcount and organisation; multi-day and multi-site projects are priced per project.

Frequently asked questions

How many employees can you photograph in one day? +
Our mobile studio handles 60 to 100 employees per day in fluid rotation, with 5- to 10-minute slots per person. Pace depends on the level of direction planned and on how much buffer time HR wants between slots. For larger headcounts, we plan multi-day sessions spread over 2 to 4 days.
How long does each individual portrait session take? +
Each employee spends 5 to 10 minutes in front of the camera, including pose direction, gaze adjustment and several frames per person. We block dedicated time slots in a shared schedule so HR can run the rotation autonomously. The format is short enough to fit into a workday without disrupting meetings.
How long does it take to set up the mobile studio on-site? +
We install the full mobile studio in about 30 minutes: backdrop, calibrated lighting, prime lenses and tripod. You only need a quiet room of roughly 15 to 20 square meters with a standard power outlet. Teardown at the end of the day takes the same amount of time.
Can you follow our HR file naming convention? +
Yes, files are delivered using your internal naming convention from day one — typically employee ID, firstname, lastname and department (e.g. emp12345-jane-doe-marketing.jpg). This makes intranet, HRIS or Workday integration possible without any manual handling. We agree on the convention with HR before the shoot.
Do the photos integrate with Workday, SharePoint or our intranet? +
Yes, files are delivered ready to drop into your HRIS (Workday, BambooHR, Lucca), intranet (SharePoint, Notion) or team page. We provide the right dimensions, file weights and formats for each system, including square crops for HRIS avatars. Transparent-background cutouts are available for org charts and slide decks.
How do you handle updates for new hires after the main shoot? +
We document the exact technical parameters of the original session — focal length, subject distance, tripod height, lighting configuration — so any future update is visually interchangeable with the originals. New hires can come into our Paris studio individually or be added during a follow-up on-site half-day. Most clients book a recurring quarterly or half-yearly slot.
Do you adapt to regulated sectors (healthcare, legal, finance)? +
Yes, our staff directory photographer adapts styling, attire codes and retouching to your sector's visual guidelines and internal rules. For healthcare, legal, finance or consulting, we apply tighter dress codes, neutral expressions and conservative retouching. All files can be reviewed and validated by your communications or compliance team before final delivery.
What is the difference between a staff directory, a team photo and an executive headshot? +
A staff directory is a series of individual portraits harmonized in a grid — each employee photographed separately under identical conditions. A team photo is one collective image with several people in a single frame. An executive headshot is a premium individual portrait with extended artistic direction for one leader (CEO, president, board member).
